About Ali

I live on the Great Ocean Road in Victoria, Australia and love spending time the fresh air, sunshine, trees and ocean. When I'm not working you'll find me running in the national park trails, on a mountain bike, stand up paddle board or playing in the foam on a surfboard. The natural world is a huge part of who I am and what I value - it inspires me, calms me, and energises me.

I don’t have any social media accounts, I love reading books (real paper ones!), I take time to stretch and breath daily and I love nothing more baking delicious things just like my Grandma did. I value love, honesty, nature and fun and everything I do for work or play aligns with these. I have a wonderful husband who reminds me every day how abundant and full of joy life can be and a magnificent kelpie pup called Lily whose energy never ceases to astound me! People often say I’m lucky - but there’s no luck in it - I’ve made choices and committed to them.

I am also proud to say that I founded Patterson Coaching with my husband (who is also a Coach!) and am part of the Health Coaches International coach training school teaching faculty where we’re passionate about delivering quality educational programs to develop highly respected health coaches who, through their partnering with clients, will change the landscape of the health care sector and improve the health and wellbeing of our community for the future.
