Alison has worked with me over the past 3 months, developing a dietary plan whilst training for the iron distance triathlon, Challenge ROTH. Alison later developed my race nutrition plan, including pre-loading, race morning & post-race food which was a huge personal success for me. I achieved a 32 minute personal best, finishing in 10hrs48mins! I found Ali's advice & directions invaluable, and would recommend her without hesitation! – Darren
